Chair flow mark is very easy to be found near its injection gate. Flow mark is also called flow lines. If the chair with flow mark, then the quality of the product surface will be seriously influenced. A good chair mould should not have any flow marks.

If the chair with wheel wave flow mark, we offer the below molding solution: raising mould temperature and nozzle temperature, improving injection rate, increasing injection and holding pressure, properly designing size and position of cold-slug well and optimizing design of feed system so that the unsteady melt flow can be improved.

If the chair with turbulence flow mark, we offer the below molding solution: properly reducing screw injection rate or controlling it through hierarchical injection; opening a gate on the thick walls or side walls of plastic parts, wherein the type of gate should be propitious for the melt’s steady entering the cavity, such as tab gate, fan gate and slice gate;

If the chair with nebulous flow mark, we offer the below molding solution: please properly increasing dimension of gate and reducing melt filling rate, properly reducing mould temperature and melt plastication temperature, replacing additives such as lubricating agent which can produce volatile gas.

Step 1. Samples/ drawing & requirements from you.

Step 2. The drawing will be copied to our design department, tooling department to do the structure and feasibility analysis.

Step 3. Before start mould design, the tooling schedule and processing sheet are done.

Step 4. Mould design: at the same time we will communicate & exchange the opinions with you.

Step 5. Material purchase: steel cutting and mould base tooling.

Step 6. Inspection of mould: our processing manager is following and controlling the tooling processing.

Step 7. Mould testing: we will inform you the date, then will send you the samples inspection report & injection parameters with the sample to you.
